3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Your health data is processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to extract, analyze, and summarize medical information. Data sent to these providers is used solely for processing your request and is subject to their respective data processing agreements. We do not allow these providers to use your data for model training.

  • All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure.
  • Documents and health records are stored in isolated, per-user storage.
  • Database connections are encrypted in transit.
  • We perform regular automated backups with 28-day retention.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete individual documents, health records, or your entire account at any time. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our active systems. Backup copies are automatically purged within 28 days.
